Welcome to my portfolio. I am a freelance visual artist based in Slovakia, Kosice city, where I live with my lovely girlfriend Ludka and two tomcats Sebastian & Timotej. I graduated from Electrotechnical high school in 1998 and from Faculty of Arts at university in 2007. As a professional artist I am experienced since 1997.
DVADE TRIDE
Since 2005 I've been doing business as Juraj Molcak – DVADE TRIDE. This name represents phonetic translation of 2D and 3D in Slovak language. The visual identity of Dvade Tride slightly reminds of origami, a nice way to characterize 2D3D production. It was redesigned in 2007 in collaboration with great graphic designer Samuel Carnoky, who brought some fresh ideas and developed corporate font.
